1. Pricing We offer personalized products at competitive prices. The prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupee (INR), and we reserve the right to change them at any time. The prices do not include GST charges, which will be added at checkout. We also reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing and product descriptions, even after an order has been placed.

2. Payment We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other methods as listed on our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes or fees, including GST charges.

3. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Personalized products may take longer to process depending on the complexity of the design. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order. After processing your order, we require 7 working days to deliver the product.

4. Shipping We offer standard and expedited shipping options, which are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be imposed by your country.

5. Receiving the Product It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the product. If the shipping partner is unable to deliver the product and it is returned to us due to customer negligence, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment charges.

6. Returns and Refunds We take pride in our products and services and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues or offer a refund or exchange, at our discretion.

7. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, especially if it has already been processed or shipped.
